At the Empower Yourself event, you’ll begin with an inspiring keynote by Dr. Rashel Wilson, then flow into small-group sessions including Pilates with Vasiliki, an Essentrics full-body workout with Darika, and a calming Nature Therapy walk with Dr. Wilson.
💄 You’ll explore emotional healing in Healing the Mother Wound with Marissa, refresh your look in a hands-on makeup workshop with Karla, and—if you’re quick to sign up—enjoy a one-on-one Reset Ritual with Laura.
